Lost data

I've begun to use Zotero as I write a new class. I had bibligraphical information and notes from 3 or 4 sources. But now when I run the program, none of them is there. What happened? Can I get them back? I need to have confidence that work that's done won't be lost!

Zotero almost certainly did not cause you to lose data.

You don't really provide any details, but:

1) Disable your other Firefox extensions.

2) http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#where_did_my_items_go
