Upgrade Storage[bug] BibTeX export: accents are exported improperly
BibTeX export with accents in the author's name had a problem with key names, this is now fixed (please see https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/749 ). There remains a problem though: accented characters are escaped incorrectly.
Let's take u-umlaut as an example.
Current export: \~{u}
Desired export: {\"u}
So:
(1) slash-something should be between the brackets,
(2) substitution table should be corrected.
