The Icon doesn’t appear in the address bar

Hi,

after reading the " frequently asked questions" page and search in the forums I can't find any answers....
I used to explorer the ScienceDirect page but there is no icon in the address bar. This was the first time I realized the problem. Now there is no icon at all, not at any page supporting zotero....

    1) Does it not work on BBC News articles?

    2) If not, try the Reset Translators button in the Advanced pane of the Zotero prefs.
