I am still unable to save records from ISI Web of Knowledge.

Following my previous posting of Report ID: 531768509, I followed advice and tried to download the newest version of the translator from github.com, but this failed to resolve the issue.

Any ideas?

    An example url would be:

    http://apps.webofknowledge.com/full_record.do?product=WOS&search_mode=GeneralSearch&qid=10&SID=S2OjbIld4M9C64E4HG@&page=1&doc=3

    but any article page on Web of Science would do.

    WoK is giving me server errors on a regular basis, so I don't think I'm going to be able to tackle this until their computer issues are sorted out.
