Password not set - won't accept password

Suddenly FF keeps asking for my zotero password over and over again. It will no longer sync. I deleted the signons.sqlite file from my profile as directed, restarted FF, and nothing. Same problem.

    You would appear to have Firefox's master password feature turned on. If you do, and you don't enter a master password, Zotero can't access the Firefox password manager to store your password.

    The thing is, it has been working 100% until today. And I only cancelled after entering the password about 15 times (the window kept popping out). This does sound like a FF issue, not zotero. I'll keep testing.
