Upgrade StorageHelp Please - zotero not saving
Dear All,
I am hoping someone can help me. I am having real issues with zotero as when i click on the toolbar box, the red save box appears and stays blank. In order to try and fix this i have gone through all the known translator issues, re-installed both zotero and firefox (several times), tried an earlier version of firefox and deleted all other add-ons. i have also checked the cookies are allowed. As a new user I really like the idea of zotero but if i cant fix this problem, then I cant see how to use it.
This is also not URL specific i have the same problem on all sites from google scholar to science direct to web of knowledge........any ideas please?

firefox - 5.3.1 (now 3.6)
In any case, you'll need to provide some example URLs and a Report ID.
