Upgrade StorageWord 2010 and Zotero
I've just installed Work 2010. Previously I had XP. I don't know now how to insert citations into a document

If you already used the Zotero word plugin with a previous version of Word, you may need to reinstall the Word plugin to get it to recognize the new version. See uninstall instructions here. After uninstalling, reinstall the Word plugin from here. That should fix it.
