How do I install word processor plug-in for mac?

How do I install word processor plug-in for mac?
The link on the preferences cite pane ("get word processor plug-ins..) do nothing.
Am I missing something?

- mac os x 10.6.8
- zotero standalone 2.1a3
- word for mac 2011

Thanks,
  • The link at the bottom doesn't work, but there should be buttons to install the plug-in in the cite pane. If there aren't, reinstall Zotero Standalone.
  • Thanks, but I cannot see any new button.
I have just reinstalled Zotero Standalone and there no changes, no buttons to install the plug-ins in the cite pane.
Is there anyone who could install the Zotero SA word plug-in on Mac OS? How?

    There are two more things:
    1) The Preferences pane only appears the second time I click on it. The first time, there is no action after the click.
    2) Zotero fails to shut down after I use the preference pane. The shut down is normal if I have not used the preferences pane.

    Any clue?
  • Actually, it looks like we removed the link in 2.1a3, so I'm not entirely sure why you're seeing it or why you don't have the option to install the Word plug-ins, unless you're actually somehow running 2.1a1, where both of these things were broken. You can check in the about box, under the cog menu. In any case, we will be releasing a new version of standalone shortly with many improvements.
  • Thanks Simon. But....I am running Zotero SA for mac 2.1a3 and the link is there and broken. Here is a screen capture, perhaps you can see something I cant: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/528918/zotplug.gif
  • Something went wrong loading that dialog. Can you provide a report ID?
