Upgrade StorageReference list - Author-date style
Hey all,
I need to add one single line between each entry as required by the ANZMAC Conference, see the example below, how can I do that?
Brodie, R.J., Danaher, P.J., 2000. Building models for marketing decisions:
Improving empirical procedures. International Journal of Research in Marketing 17 (2-3), 135-139.
Kotler, P., Ang, S.H., Leong, S.M., Tan, C.T., 1996. Marketing Management: An Asian
Perspective, Prentice-Hall, Singapore.

Specifically, you'll want to play with the entry-spacing and line-spacing options:

for a start, just try adding
entry-spacing="2"
