Please update American Antiquity style in Zotero repository

The American Antiquity (draft 4) style (file: amerantiq-draft4.csl) somehow has acquired numerous errors. This is an update to correct those errors. The bibliography formats a little better too, but it is still not correct due to issues with Zotero CSL processing. The formatting is as good as it can be currently (AFAICT), and the bibliography entries are correct.

In using the above CSL file with Mendeley software, I've encountered many incorrect citation styles including but not limited to output of DOI (which is only ever needed in SOME reference lists if the publication exists online only, for instance), in-text citation of et al should turn to et al at 3+ authors, not 2+, bib entries of 6+ authors abbreviated to et al, and thesis/dissertation did not output correctly at all.

I just recently found more errors, such as "pp." not inputting before page numbers in a book chapter.

Please consider merging the two files or replacing the old with this one.

That said, I do not know if the Zotero software handles CSL files differently than Mendeley..... if they do, we have a bigger problem! :)

@cmbarton, could you take a look?

@antiquitas, could you correct a few errors in your version of the style? You included a few comments as "/* ... */", but XML comments use a different syntax: "<!-- ... -->".
