Upgrade StorageZotero plugin won't display older items
I'm working with a faculty member who used Zotero a few years ago and now wants to get back into it. He had an account on the Zotero website already and when he logs into it, we can see he has hundreds of items in his library.
However, when he views his library in the Zotero plugin in Firefox, it doesn't display those older items - only the ones that he's just captured.
I checked the plugin preferences and his username and password are correctly entered in the Sync tab. And the new items he's captured are showing up in his library on the website so it does seem to be syncing to some degree.
It seems that it's correctly syncing up to the Zotero website, but the items there won't sync down to his local library in Firefox.
Is there some setting he needs to adjust? Something else?

dstillmanIf everything he wants is on the server, he can perform a Restore from Zotero Server in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences.
