The first one is a known issue and is difficult to fix, as it's actually Mozilla's bug, not ours (which is why you'll see the same thing with Firefox's built-in save feature), but hopefully we (or someone else who's sufficiently bugged by it) will come up with a workaround soon.
The second one was actually a separate issue with the save settings we were using. I just put in a fix in the code, so sites like those will be fixed in the next release.
