Report ID: 979012563 / Zotero doesn't fully sync

Hi,
I recently downloaded Zotero and attached quite a few files yesterday. However, a full sync has still not been completed and each time I try to sync, I receive an error message. I purchased extra storage yesterday to hold all my files.

Will this happen every time I add a new attachment? Or is it just because this was my first major upload of attachments?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
  • It might just be intermittent errors from Amazon S3 (the storage system that underlies Zotero File Storage). Zotero could retry those automatically, but if you just ignore it and leave auto-sync on they'll all get uploaded eventually as Zotero continues to sync.

    How many files are getting uploaded each time? You can hover over the blue progress bar to see file sync progress.
  • Just so we can take a look, though, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.
