accidental deletion of subcollection in group library

Hi,

Is there any way to reverse an accidental deletion in a group library? SInce there is no trash in my group library, I haven't been able to find these files anywhere.

Deleting a collection doesn't delete the items in it, which remain in the library view.

If you deleted actual items in the group library, they're gone, though another group member who hasn't yet synced could modify them and trigger a conflict.

if you just delete a subcollections the items should still be there (i.e. in the group library itself).

Thanks, that is a relief! So I basically have to reconstruct my subcollection by searching the larger group library?

I'm happy to reconstruct my subcollection but is there not another way to protect group libraries from this sort of accidental deletion? I noticed that in my regular library there is a trash box - this might be useful for groups as well.

the trash wouldn't protect you against this either. Removing a collection is like removing a tag from a number of items - once the tag is gone it's gone. Same for the collection.
