Changing doc prefs between (author date) and footnotes
I don't think this is resolvable, but just in case...
When I change doc prefs from a system that uses footnotes (one of the Chicago styles for example) to an Author Date style, then I'm in the situation of the full stop being on the wrong side of the parentheses. Is there any way for Zotero&Word to intelligently recognise that punctuation has to change with a change to citation style?
Ben.

markI'm afraid not. The thing is, the punctuation could never be automatically included in the citation field because your citations don't always come at a point where a full stop follows. So that is something you have to do yourself. Lean back, though, and relax in the knowledge that Zotero can make most of the changes for you even in such a drastic style change, while others are stuck doing all of it manually (a hell of a job!).

Ben CarverThanks for the reply Mark, I thought as much. But yes I am a huge fan of Zotero anyway!
