Zotero tool doesn't still when I start word 2004 (edit after another problem)

Hi all

I've allready the differrents topic about the problem with the installation about a no english program.

So I'm the admin of my mac session, the zotero.dot is on the good folder. Everything seems to be Ok but there is something wrong.

The zotero tool doesn't appear in the toolbox.

If someone know what is occure :)

    As i said the zotero tool doesn't appear in the toolbar and in this menu.

    What about in Tools->Templates and Add-ins?

    Oh, it's empty ... I've put zotero inside it thx simon :)

    edit: there another problem now. My new toolbar with zotero disapair when I reload word. If I quit word when I reload word, i have to put zotero again in Tool-> template.

    You should never need to install Zotero manually into Word, and if you're doing so then something is wrong.

    Reinstall the Word plugin in Firefox and, if necessary, reinstall it into Word from the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences.

    @Dan Stillman I have tried many time to install zotero by the plugin but it never works. ...

    Delete Zotero.dot from the Word folder, restart Word to make sure it's nowhere to be found, and then reinstall from the Cite pane. Does Zotero.dot reappear in the proper folder (that is, the folder that matches the path that displays in the Templates and Add-ins window in Word)?

    The zotero.dot is in the good folder but the zotero tool doesn't still when I start word.

    That's a Word problem, then. Zotero.dot should appear in Templates and Add-ins automatically at startup if it's in the folder referenced in that window.

    maybe, I hope that someone has a solution to fixe that ...
