Sync problem

Error Report: 1968094091

I get this message when trying to sync:

The file '56FDI2GI/Aykut and Taylor - 2006 - Seeking Asylum in Australia
1995–2005
Experiences.pdf' could not be created in the Zotero 'storage' directory.

I deleted the Pdf, and the reference in Z., but the error still returns, whenever I try to sync. And it prevents the sync from going ahead.

ideas?
