Zotero not working or appearing on Firefox 5?

I have been using Zotero for some time. When I install Zotero on Firefox 5 for Mac, it does not appear to work. No Z on the bottom. Not import buttons. No library. Nothing? I have tried to re-install several times but it is still not functioning.
