Still problems synching: Error Report ID 1035264924

Has not synched properly for 8 days. Today, after mutliple restarts of Firefox, finally some of my stuff uploaded, but then went back to whirring endlessly, and when I restarted firefox the little exclamation circle appeared telling me SSL certificate error connecting to sync.zotero.org.

Any help gratefully received.

    We're looking into both of these issues.

    We should have a fix for the spinning issue later today. In the meantime, just restart Firefox.

    The SSL cert error is likely just an intermittent connection error. We're looking into this too, but in the meantime, just try again. Do not under any circumstances whitelist the certificate.

    Thank you. Luckily I have no idea how to whitelist the certificate!

    Seriously, though, thanks for the amazingly wonderful zotero and for fixing it!

    Both of these issues should now be fixed: the intermittent SSL cert error on the server, and the spinning issue in Zotero 2.1.8, now available from zotero.org.
