I was told to re trigger my error so core developers could look at it, but haven't heard back. 1026747688 is the number for my re-trigger. Thanks, MacKenzie

The problem is that when I try to insert a citation it acts normal but only inserts "[citation]". I have done all the corrupted word doc steps and nothing has helped. This is a very important document for me. Help!!
