Hello. I have had the same problem with the green arrow spinning but not synching, and have tried some of the suggestions above (but not the last one) but today I'm getting an error message when I tried to synch which says 'Empty response from server', and the arrow stops. I have not been able to synch for seven days.

This happens on both of the computers I currently have access to.
