Upgrade StorageCan someone please help me?
I had to reinstall my operating system. I reinstalled Firefox and Zotero. I did the add in and it shows up in my Word. When I open Zotero on line, I can see my library and all of the items I have stored. When I open Zotero in Word to try to put in a citation - my library is empty. How do I get my stuff to show up?

Otherwise, you have to activate syncing with your original account, which will give you a local copy of the library as it is stored online. See http://www.zotero.org/support/sync
