Bibliography without citations

I'd like to use Zotero to add a "recommended reading" section to my Word document. This would be just like a bibliography, but containing items selected from my collection rather than cited in my text. Any advice on the cleanest way to do this?

Manually create the list by copying-and-pasting the formatted entries into the document.

Easier still, create a Zotero collection, drag all wanted items to that collection, and then right-click the collection to "Create Bibliography from Collection..."

You can also select multiple items and similarly export them by right-clicking, but it's easier in the long run to create a collection in case you want to recreate or update the bibliography but don't want to have to track down each item in your library.
