Upgrade StorageHaving problems with the new Zotero 2.1

Since I upgraded Zotero from 2.0 to 2.1 when i open documents cited using 2.0 an error appears stating that this item no longer exists in my library (which it doesn't). I dont want to replace all of them by hadn any suggestions?
