SPAN COIns urlencode
Have a reference containing accentuation in title
"Les arts de la mémoire.. " in Refbase database...
Urlencode in SPAn is correct in refbase
Les arts de la mémoire..
But urldecode in Zotero is not correct.... as well on screen than after import.
Is there a solution?
Best regards

m%26eacute%3BmoireThe original value should just be URL-encoded, which is what the COinS generator does:
m%C3%A9moireIs there any disadvantage in having Zotero decode html entities in COinS, though? Some OpenURL resolvers do this. And Zotero must be more liberal than accepting the COinS generator output. I think there was a discussion on the topic of url encoding COinS on the gcs-pcs list a while back & that the consensus was that the spec wasn't explicit & that processing systems should therefore be robust....
