Style request: Journal of field ornithology

Hi:

I'd like to ask for help creating a style for J. field ornithology. I'm not XML savvy.
I found J. field ornithology to be most similar to the Oryx style. Below I note the differences.

Corrections that apply to all citation types
Oryx:
1. years are between parenthesis - should be no parenthesis and a period following the year
2. connector between authors is "&" - should be "AND" in small caps

Journal Article
In Oryx:
1. Journal name is in italics - should be no italics
2. Separator between volume and pages is comma "," should be semicolon ":"

Book
In Oryx:
1. Editor follows after title - should be Editor,(comma), place published, "Book Chapter" - the italics are mine, it should just have those two words

Book section
In Oryx:
1. "eds" precedes editors and has no period - should be after editors and have a period "eds."

Thesis or dissertation
No changes

Internet resources
In Oryx
1. year should be preceded by [online]
2. link should be surrounded by << link >
3. prior to http should be ahref ='http:
4. "H" in http is capitalized - should not be capitalized
5. Date accessed is [accessed 25 June 2009] - should be (25 June 2009)
