Error prevents me using Zotero

Hi

I have the latest version of Zotero installed and used to use it on my previous computer but now it will hardly let me add one webpage to my library before crashing.

this is the error I get. I have checked for any incompatible extensions.

Any suggestions?

I also have this error when it starts to sync: getFile() can only be called on attachment items: it is in a dialog box opened by the red exclamation mark next to the sync icon.

Then when I click on report error there is no response from that dialog box.
