Zotero Renewal
Hi all,
Perhaps someone can help answer this question. I had signed up for extra storage a year ago thinking that I would need it to store all of my citations. I realized that my account has remained far below the limit for free storage of 100 MB. I received an email from Digital Scholar asking me to renew my account, but there is no option for me to renew it as a non-paying customer. They said that they will suspend my account if I don't pay in 30 days and delete my files. I cannot get in touch with the people at Digital Scholar who handle Zotero renewals...there is no contact information and the people do not respond to my emails. How can I continue as a non-paying subscriber without getting my account deleted? Thanks in advance for your help.
