NY Public Library: "Could not save item"

Frequently when I locate a book in Catnyp (the research catalog of the New York Public Library), the icon displayed in the URL field is a yellow folder. I click it to save the book to Zotero but receive the error "could not save item." I am invited to check "known translator issues" but there are none listed. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Thanks for any help.

  • Well I went to catnyp, searched, and found the book I wanted at:

    http://catnyp.nypl.org/search/a?Vuchinich%2C+Rudy+E.+%28Rudolph+Eugene%29%2C+1949-&search_code=a

    But this shows me the yellow icon and produces the error I described.

    Thanks for any help (meanwhile I'm just using another library catalog).
