Upgrade StorageSyncing files only partially
We started a sync between two computers (same login on both) about three weeks ago but still to this day the database on the second computer only have a small fraction of the attachmend (pdf) files synced with the first computer despite many, many clicks on the sync buttons. The only thing I can conlcude is that something is wrong but have no idea what it might be. We even tried with a third computer with the same incomplete file sync result.
We use a WebDAV server and even went so far as removing the entire WebDAV database from it and then syncing once again from scratch against the first computer (where everything seems to be OK).
After a constant struggle for weeks trying to get file syncing to work we are very frustrated and have run out of ideas. On the first computer (ubuntu 11.04) we run Firefox 4.0.1 and zotero 2.1.6, whereas on the second computer (Windows Vista)
we run Firefox 4.0 and zotero 2.1.6. No error messages have been received.
Any hint on what may be wrong would be most welcome since this is getting on our nerves... :-)
