Error add citation in Mac Word 2008 existing document

I had no problem inserting the first references in an existing document. Since few days, I cannot add any new citations. Firefox crashes each time. And I receive the same error message : Script : chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/citeproc.js:7433

    Does this affect all styles? In particular, do you get the same result with numeric and author-date styles?

    It is possible that your problem is caused by processor bugs that have been recently fixed. If you check your messages on zotero.org, I can send you a private copy of Zotero 2.1.6 that includes the latest version of the citation processor. As you are receiving consistent errors, I would like to know how the new version behaves in your environment. I'll look forward to hearing from you.
