Syncing error

Hello,

I'm a new Zotero user. When I try to sync my references using the sync button on the top right of the Z window in Mozilla, I get this error ID: 1781089047.

It says I should post on the forum to report the problem, and hopefully get help fixing it.

Now when I retrace my steps to get more detail to post here, clicking on the Sync button brings up a window that says: "The Zotero sync server did not accept your username and password. Please check that you have entered your zotero.org login information correctly in the Zotero sync preferences." When I hit the "Open Sync Preferences" button in this error message, it takes me to the Preferences window, where under Sync and Settings, I can retype my password. I do so, and Sync Automatically is checked... But nothing happens.
