Upgrade Storageword could not communicate with zotero
Hi there:
I really love Zotero - thank you. am now having trouble though: I see a bunch of similar posts about the message "word could not communicate with zotero." I have read through them and tried a bunch of suggestions, but no go. Also have a weird extra thing which might be the problem. I have
mac osx 10.5.8
word 2008
and have just re-installed latest zotero and word plug in
When I'm using word, I do have the little zotero scrolly icon on my desktop (on the menu bar up there), AND when I click on the drop down, underneath all the "add citation" etc commands, there is the line "zotero" with an arrow, which leads me to ANOTHER drop down menu with all the zotero commands, and THAT one works.
however, when I use just regular short cuts on my keyboard, I get the message that word cannot communicate with zotero.
please help if you can, and just fyi, I am not very computer savvy.
