Upgrade StorageCitation problem
I have the latest version of firefox and Zotero on word 2010. On my desktop (vista), all is fine, but on my laptop (xp professional) something went wrong.
Basically everything works perfectly except that when I ok the citation, nothing happens. the button looks like it is moving, but the edit/citation window just stays there and the citation does not appear on my page.
Having looked through the various complaints, including my own, I feel the need to go against custom and say that despite occasional technical issues, I think what you do and achieve is brilliant, and I really appreciate zotero - its genuinely made my life a lot easier.

SimonCan you try inserting a citation and then generate a report ID? Also, does this happen with any style (including, e.g. APA) and in a new document?
