Images from Notes don't display on zotero.org

I've created several notes in my library that contain images, with images being hosted on public websites.

I can see these images when I'm editing my notes, and even when I generate reports from zotero firefox.

When I sync these notes with my library on zotero.org, the images don't display, and it appears from looking at the html source code that they are completely removed from the html markup.

Is this a known bug?

    This might be a conscious decision made for security reasons. Maybe Faolan (the web site developer) can comment?

    I'd be curious if the image links sync to another computer - if they don't, I'd consider this a real issue, if they do, this doesn't seem like it's a serious problem.
