Upgrade StorageHelp! Toolbar not displaying in Word 2004 on Mac OS X (french)

I know it is not the first thread about this subject, but I still have the problem even though I did not have any problem with the plugin on my other windows computer.
So I've just installed zotero 2.1.6 and Mac word plugin. I am not a geek but I have tried to follow all the steps under troubleshooting (http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting) but the toolbar is still not displaying in my Word and that without any error message.
I'm using:
- Word 2004 for Mac [French version]
- Mac OS X version 10.5.8
- Firefox version 3.6.16
- Zotero 2.1.6
- MacWord Plugin version 3.1.2
- Python ext. 2010.02.03
I have an admin access on my machine.
