Hi, today as I was updating the citations in a word 2007 document, i noticed that after refreshing Zotero, that in the bottom all pages of my document had the message "MERGError! Unknown switch argument.ORM".

Some of the citations turned to chinese characters, some others in lons sequences of numbers (eg 565656565656565656565656565656565656).

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Thanks

Nikolas
  • Hi, while updating my citations in a word 2007 doc (FF4), i encounter a problem. Some of the citations turned to chinese characters while at the bottom side of each page there was the message "\* MERGError! Unknown switch argument.ORM". Additionally, the dividing libe between the main text and the footnotes no lobger appears. Instead there are two letters "zz".

    Any ideas?

    thanks in advance

  • Try following the steps under debugging broken documents. If you can find a problematic citation, please email the citation, along with the reference exported as Zotero RDF, to support@zot...org.
  • Thanks Simon, I will check it today!
