Word 2011 toolbar not appearing (but works in Word 2004)

I have both word 2004 and 2011 installed on my computer. Zotero works in 2004, but does not show up in 2011. I'm wondering if I have to uninstall it from 2004? Or save another copy somewhere where only 2011 can access it?
