Word 2011 and New MacBook Pro

I just bought a new MacBook Pro and have the latest version of Microsoft word. I can't get Zotero to work and even had my department tech support spend two hours working on my computer. Apparently Zotero is up to par with the rest of my software. I don't know how to contact Zotero and ask but does anyone have any idea if they are going to improve their software so Zotero will work with the latest computers? Thanks.

What isn't working? If you are getting an error, provide a report ID. If something else is wrong, describe the issue in more detail.

Actually, someone suggested reinstalling word 2011 and it worked!
