Upgrade StorageHeinonline and Westlaw

Zotero isn't saving either from Westlaw or Heinonline. Example links are:
The error message for Hein is Could not Save Item. See Known translator Issues.

With Respect to Westlaw, the icon in the Location Bar does not show up -
