Error message when opening new Firefox 4 window

Since moving to Firefox 4, I've been getting an error message every time I open a new Firefox window. As the window opens, a dialogue box opens that says 'Installing Winword Integration'. After that box closes a new one pops up that says 'Installation could not be completed because an error occurred. Please ensure that Microsoft Word is closed, and then restart Firefox.'

This happens whether or not Microsoft Word is open.

    Either Word is open in the background, or you don't have permissions to delete C:\Users\Danny\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP\Zotero.dot. Move this file to the Recycle Bin and make sure you have permissions to write to C:\Users\Danny\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP, and the error should go away.
