Still Unable to Citate using Firefox 3.6 and Latest Zotero on a MAC G4 system

I reported this a few days ago. Since then, I have downloaded the latest Zotero and associated Word Integration but I am still unable to citate in Word. Any suggestions?

    The latest Zotero I refer to is 2.1.5

    Describe what happens when you try to add a citation. Also, if applicable, generate a report ID.

    I am unable to generate a report ID because 'report error' in preferences is grey.When I try to add a citation , I use the drop down and hit 'add citation' and nothing happens but the cursor continues to flash.

    Try restarting Word. If that doesn't work, enable debug logging after restart (follow the instructions here, but check "Enable after restart" in the Zotero preferences), restart Firefox, attempt to add a citation, and generate the report ID.

    It seems the problem has fixed itself and I am able to citate in Word this morning. I did try restarting word yesterday but it did not make any difference. Anyway, after shutting down the computer overnight, the problem is fixed. Many thanks for your prompt advice.
