Not able to install OOo integration on windows report 1434618604

It is not possible to install the OOo/LO integration in Win 7 32-bit. I have tried both OOo 3.3 and LO. I get an error message and it is not posible to install manually either.

LO opens, I am directed to an extension that begins to install, but is interrupted by the message: "Could not create Java implementation loader". I have Java 1.6.0_24 installed and showing in LO.
