Workgroup collection

My boss asked me to create a Zotero collection for use by a workgroup distributed in three different cities. Ideally, it would all any user to add items that can be accessed by all users, without having to manually distribute updates to everyone. Any suggestions on how I might do this?

    Wait for Zotero 2.0, which will I'm almost certainly have this functionality.
