Sync error ID 1263496045
I use two or more notebook computers for my research and my Zotero bibliography doesn't automatically or manually re-sync in one of my notebook. It did start syncing when I turn on Zotero but the bibliography data won't update. There was a read question mark next to the sync icon. When I click on the red question mark, sometimes, a page of conflict items on my bibliography would show up but after I selection/save for the conflict, nothing happened. The bibliography would remain the same and would not be updated. Two days ago, I login My Library on Zotero website and tried sync again and I did see the bibliography was updated (I did not know why though). Today, when I turn on Zotera, the bibliography appeared was back to the old data again.
I am a doctoral students and travel around. The sync of my bibliography is critical to my thesis research. Please help!

dstillman Zotero Teamedited March 31, 2011You're running an extraordinarily old version of Zotero—2.0rc5, which was released in February 2010. Upgrade to the latest 2.1 release from the zotero.org and make sure add-on updates are enabled in the Firefox preferences.
