Group Library Erro

Hello,
I am a high school English teacher with two classes of kids trying to complete their senior research papers. We have had no problems with zotero, but today, one class shows all of the folders, notecards, etc. but the 7th period class doesn't. I even tried to create new folders for them so they could partially access their materials, but the synch doesn't work. I know that there is a zotero backup folder in the firefox folder. Please advise.

The individual student files are not syncing; they had been syncing fine up until today. I finally went into the Main Group folder for English 12 7th period, as I saw a lot of the information that should have been in individual folders, and dragged and dropped so the kids could use. I upgraded to Firefox 4.0 as welI as starting Firefox several times today. I also reinstalled the newest version of Zotero. My school is using Zotero a lot! The kids love the application....thank you!
