Word integration: "Refresh" does not refresh bibliography

I'm tweaking my CSL style. But hitting "Refresh" in the Word plugin does not refresh the bibliography. Only switching to another style and then switching back does it.

(To be clear, I drag-n-drop the updated style onto FF and install it. And csledit.xul uses the tweaked version right away.)

Styles are cached for performance. Reinstalling the style through the pref pane might update the cache. It's possible we could have it check the file mod time every time for other style uses, but this is a relatively rare use case, and for performance reasons we'd like to avoid the disk as much as possible.

For style authors, it would be convenient for Refresh to force a reload of the style. Would a hidden option be suitable, I wonder -- to just force Refresh to always reload the style when set "true". Style authors wouldn't be bothered about digging into the hidden prefs, and the balance of the community wouldn't even need to be aware of it.
