Crashing FF when trying to use Zotero

I've not previously had problems with Zotero, though its been a few months since I've used it.
Now if I try and use any of the butons in the Zotero toolbar in word 2007 it crashes firefox- this is a little scary as I can't now use any of my library!

I'm using Z 2.1.1 and winword integration 3.1b1

Any ideas?
