Hi,
I've changed school affiliations, and now all the references I downloaded into Zotero thru paid subscription services (JSTOR, eBosco host, etc.) thru my past school are no longer accessible. How do I find the information I need to change my proxy settings in Preferences/Proxies? Better yet, can I ask Zotero to do it automatically?

dstillmanedited March 29, 2011Clear the old proxy entries, and then access sites through your new proxy. If it's a supported proxy, appropriate entries should be added automatically.

adamsmithyou can clear the old ones as directed by Dan in the proxy tab of the Zotero preferences.

dstillmanedited March 29, 2011Continuing from your other thread, do the URLs of the items you're trying to open include proxy information? As in, are the URLs just http://jstor.org/stable/..., or are they something like http://jstor.org.ezproxy.library.yourinstitution.edu/... ?
