error when installing OOo plugin

I get an error when I try to install the zotero plugin for OOo.
It is a Python error and the zoteroRPC.py script is disabled.
I am running OOo v. 2.3.0 under Win XP SP2

Try the solution mentioned in this thread and let us know if that works or not.

I still have the same problem after reinstalling OOo as sugested. Interestingly, the zotero plugin was already added after I reinstalled OOo so I wonder how well the remove reinstall process worked.
